Any shipping services mentioned or linked on TX35Auctions.com are provided by third-party businesses, and TX 35 Auctions does not endorse or warrant their services. It is your responsibility to arrange and coordinate shipping directly with the chosen shipping provider. TX 35 Auctions is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to shipping or transportation of items.

Tips on Selling your Stuff

  • Pricing, reserve, minimum bid, etc.

    All AuctionTime auction items are listed with no reserve. Depending on the value of the consigned item the starting bid will be set at either $10 or $100 and increase in these respective increments. ProxiBid auction items are allowed to have a reserve set. A non-refundable listing fee of $25 is due in advance for each item that has a reserve.

  • Make, Model, Hours, Mileage

    Be sure to include the Make, Model, Hours, Mileage of your equipment.

  • Target Customers.

  • Auction Fees and commisions

    Consignment (Seller) fees are 10% per item up to selling price of $34,999. Fee is reduced to 8% for each item with a selling price of $35,000 and higher. Buyer fee is 10% with a $2,000 cap per item. (Each purchased item $20,000 and higher pays $2,000. Each item purchased below $20,000 pays 10% per item.)

  • High Quality Images.

    Using high quality images can increase the likely hood of a bid and generate more views for your listing.

  • Timing your Sales.

    TX 35 AUCTIONS online auctions close on Wednesdays. Once an item is placed online it will be sold on a Wednesday one or two weeks from the time that bidding opens, depending on auction type. The timed auction portion starts on the designated Wednesday auction end date.

Tips on Shipping your stuff

  • Choosing the right transport service

    TX 35 Auctions has preferred local transport companies for local deliveries. Please inquire if you need local transport. Sellers may choose their own transport service to bring things to our yard. Buyers may choose their own transport service to pick up purchased items from our yard or seller's location. Buyers may also utilize the links on AuctionTime to schedule transport.

  • Preparation for shipment

  • Insurance and Liability.

    Sellers are required to maintain insurance and assumes all liability on items being sold until such time that the auction ends and a winning bidder has purchased the item. As soon as there is a winning bidder the buyer is solely responsible for the item. TX 35 Auctions is not responsible to seller or buyer for any damage, theft, accidents, injury or other circumstances regarding any items, property or people.

  • Loading and unloading logistics

    Buyers are 100% responsible for transport of purchased items. Depending on the size or location of items, loading/unloading assistance may be available. Check with TX 35 Auctions for items on our yard. Check with seller for items at seller's location.
